Terms of Use

Welcome to MyRealEstate.Ninja “App”. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and any related services provided by MyRealEstate.Ninja LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

- ● Keep your password confidential and secure.
- ● Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- ● Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
- ● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks.
- ● Use the App to transmit any harmful, harassing, or unlawful content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
7. User Content
You may be able to submit, upload, or post content through the App ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the operation of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; or (d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Floyd County, Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
